EHS POLICY

Sacral Industries Limited is committed to providing and maintaining responsible operations to achieve the highest standards of excellence for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health of all stakeholders working under the control of the organization. We also ensure the protection of the environment, including pollution prevention and other environmental commitments.

Through effective communication and awareness of EHS requirements to employees, vendors/contractors, and other interested parties, we are dedicated to worker participation, involvement, and representation in decision-making processes within the OH&S management system.

We comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements to manage environmental impacts and OH&S risks using the hierarchy of controls. We are also committed to continually enhancing and improving the performance of our EHS management system

Our Commitments:

• Continuously monitor work conditions to prevent injuries and ill health, ensuring continual improvement of EHS performance.

• Persistently preserve and protect the environment through pollution prevention, waste reduction, recycling, sustainable resource use, climate change mitigation, and biodiversity protection.

• Identify all workplace hazards and ensure adequate communication and awareness of controls for all relevant parties.

• Provide a framework for setting and reviewing EHS objectives and programs, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
